Service Description

This is gentle but profound work, and there is much to cover in the first session, so I recommend booking a 90 min session for your initial appointment, which affords us the space and time to get oriented together, go deep into one or two areas, fully reboot and then close the session with you feeling a deep and powerful shift. Subsequently, you can opt for booking either a Deep Dive or a Regular Follow-up session as resonates with you, from then on. These are great for deep single or moderate double areas of your life, with both little orientation needed and energy tools already in place. This way, we can roll right out of the gate and stay focused together for a ‘power hour’. Focusing on whichever area of your life that you wish, these sessions provide clarity and context around the situation or challenge you are dealing with, and create the space for you to find your own answers, cast off old limitations and move forward with grounded Joy, Lightness and Compassion into your next steps.
